* Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver friendly, attentive, and personalised service
* Ensure every guest enjoys a flawless dining experience from start to finish
* Maintain the highest standards of hospitality, atmosphere, and presentation
* Work closely with the General Manager to keep operations smooth and efficient
* Coach your team on service skills, upselling, and guest engagement
* Handle customer feedback with professionalism and a solution-focused mindset
What We're Looking For
* At least 2 years' experience in hospitality leadership with a customer service focus
* A natural leader who motivates and empowers others
* Detail-oriented with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
* Calm under pressure, proactive, and hands-on
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
