The Role
As an Inside Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for managing existing accounts while also identifying and converting new business opportunities. You’ll be the voice of the brand, building rapport with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities via outbound calls and digital outreach
* Build strong relationships with decision-makers across various industries
* Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow-ups to close deals
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
* Maintain accurate records in the CRM and report on pipeline activity
