Health, Safety & Environment Manager

Join a dynamic supply chain team as the HSE Manager, leading all health, safety, and environmental initiatives across a busy distribution centre and head office. You'll ensure legal compliance, drive a proactive safety culture, and implement strategic improvements that make a real impact.



What You'll Do

* Lead HSE compliance and culture across multiple sites
* Develop and maintain ISO-aligned safety systems (ISO 14001, 45001, etc.)
* Deliver training, audits, and risk assessments
* Investigate incidents and drive continuous improvement
* Collaborate with teams to embed best practices
* Stay ahead of legislation and industry standards


What You'll Bring - Needless to say, you have the technical expertise, you're experienced in the practical application of regulations, legislation, policies and procedures, to really excel in this role.

* NEBOSH Diploma / NVQ L5 in OHAS
* Chartered or Graduate IOSH membership
* Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and ISO standards
* Experience in logistics, warehousing, or FMCG environments
* Confident communicator and change leader
