Job Summary

We are seeking a next level Creative Director to provide visionary leadership across our creative, film, and content departments, line-managing their respective heads and ensuring seamless collaboration. This role is central to taking our creative function to the next level—leading on AI integration, driving innovation in pitches, and bringing a bold, fresh perspective to client work.

The Creative Director will inspire internal teams and external clients alike, showcasing cutting-edge creative thinking, leading the charge on next-gen approaches, and ensuring our work delivers real impact. They will be the face of creativity for our business—bringing the "wow factor" in every room.

As Creative Director, you will be the driving force behind our next stage of growth. Key Responsibilities

· Define and deliver a future-focused creative vision that elevates our consultancy's capabilities and reputation, and continuously refine our creative proposition, ensuring it is distinctive, market-leading, and aligned with client needs.

· Lead the integration of AI tools and technology across creative disciplines to enhance innovation, efficiency, and impact.

· Provide strategic oversight of creative, film, and content departments, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs.

· Take ownership of creative leadership in pitches, inspiring clients with innovative ideas that win new business.

· Represent the consultancy in client meetings with presence, confidence, and originality.

· Translate complex client challenges into powerful creative solutions that deliver measurable results.

· Shape and grow the creative, film, and content teams to meet the future needs of the agency and our clients.

· Build the skillsets of individuals and teams, ensuring they are continuously developing and equipped for next-gen creative delivery.

· Line manage Heads of Creative, Film, and Content, providing mentorship, guidance, and accountability.

· Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture across creative disciplines.

· Inspire teams to push boundaries, experiment, and deliver work that sets new standards.

· Drive forward-thinking use of emerging technologies, especially AI, ensuring our work remains at the forefront of the industry.

· Champion creativity across the agency, ensuring it is integrated into all areas of our work.

Identify opportunities for new offerings, products, or services that expand our creative portfolio.

Key Skills & Abilities

· Proven experience as a Creative Director or equivalent senior creative leadership role within an agency or creative environment.

· Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative, high-impact work across multiple channels.

· Expertise in leading creative teams, with experience managing senior heads and department leads.

· Confidence and charisma in client-facing roles, with the ability to present, pitch, and persuade.

· Forward-thinking with a passion for AI, digital innovation, and next-gen creative practices.

· Exceptional communication, storytelling, and leadership skills.

Commercial acumen and the ability to balance creative ambition with client objectives.
