Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a well-established international client based in Sheffield, who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to join their dedicated and dynamic team on a 12 month FTC. Key Responsibilities: * Handle incoming customer orders via phone, email, and online platforms, ensuring accurate and timely entry into the ERP system. * Resolve queries and complaints efficiently, providing a high standard of service. * Coordinate with internal teams (shipping, inventory, scheduling, sales) to ensure smooth and timely deliveries. * Escalate customer concerns appropriately and in a timely manner. * Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
