Recruitment at a band 6 level with progression to a band 7 may be considered.
Main Duties of the Job
* Fully integrate into the Multidisciplinary Team: Attend ward rounds and work with the HCOOP/Frailty lead to shape the service.
* Provide training and teaching: Train FY1 and FY2 doctors, become an educational supervisor for trainee pharmacists, and supervise foundation pharmacists.
* Engage in service level activities: Play a key role in the continuous improvement of our services.
* Line management and practice supervision: Manage foundation pharmacists and act as a practice supervisor and educational supervisor, enhancing leadership skills.
Pursue further education: Undertake the Non-Medical Prescribing (NMP) course to expand your qualifications.
