We’re working with TrinityBridge to recruit a Client Service Executive for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Wimborne. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected wealth management firm and play a key role in supporting advisers and ensuring clients receive a first-class service experience from onboarding through to ongoing support.
?? Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage client and lead records via the CRM system
2. Ensure accurate and timely data entry across internal and third-party platforms
3. Coordinate and schedule client meetings, manage adviser diaries, and confirm appointments
4. Prepare review packs, valuations, and documentation ahead of client meetings
5. Respond to and manage client queries, either directly or by referring to the appropriate internal teams
6. Monitor and direct new business queries and servicing requests in line with service level agreements (SLAs)
7. Maintain strong document management practices in line with company procedures
