Salary: £120 - £230 per day

Are you a dedicated educator with a heart for supporting students with complex needs? We are seeking compassionate and skilled SEN Teachers (Complex Needs) to join our team in Brentwood and make a difference in the lives of our students.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver personalized education plans tailored to individual student needs
* Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
* Collaborate with other professionals to provide holistic support to students
* Implement strategies to encourage students’ social, emotional, and academic growth
* Maintain ongoing communication with families and caregivers
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a focus on Special Educational Needs
* Experience working with students with complex needs
* A deep understanding of various teaching methods suitable for SEN education
* Patience, creativity, and a passion for inclusive education
* A commitment to continuous professional development in SEN practices
