Job Description As the Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for; Leading and motivating the restaurant team, ensuring a positive working environment. Supporting the restaurant team throughout each meal service. Engaging with our guests to ensure that exceptional customer service is being delivered at all times. Addressing any guest concerns or enquiries promptly and professionally. Supporting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures. Monitor food quality, presentation and consistency to uphold the highest standards. Completing admin tasks such as writing table plans, planning rotas and completing timesheets. Hours of work: This is a full-time position working 44* hours per week, 5 days out of 7 *Due to the nature of the operation, the hours of work will vary and will include weekends, evenings and bank holidays on a rota basis around the needs of the business. Although we require a flexible and adaptable approach towards the shift patterns, we also strongly encourage and support a healthy work-life balance.
