Role Overview: Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of business clients Fully understand all facets and situations of each business and client, being their advocate within the firm Provide proactive advisory support across tax, performance and growth Chair quarterly and strategic business planning meetings Identify opportunities for additional projects and added value services Liaise closely with tax, accounts and specialist teams to deliver joined-up advice Mentor and develop junior team members into future advisers. The Ideal Candidate: A client focussed and solutions driven approach and mindset - advisory Strong understanding of business models and principles, KPIs, profitability and cashflow drivers Solid tax grounding in Corporation Tax, Personal Tax, CGT, IHT etc Confidence with business and accounting software systems Effective at interpreting and delivering management and accounting reports Natural communicator who enjoys leading meetings and building trust Commercial mindset with the confidence to spot and discuss opportunities Background within accountancy practice and comfortable managing client relationships.
