What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold transactions
* Handling matters from instruction through to post-completion
* Building and maintaining strong client and professional relationships
* Providing clear, practical legal advice throughout the process
* Proactively identifying and resolving potential risks or issues
* Supporting the wider team and contributing to departmental success
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer – NQ+ welcome
* Strong understanding of residential conveyancing processes (training and support provided for NQs)
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Ability to manage files independently or with minimal supervision (depending on experience)
* A positive, proactive approach with genuine enthusiasm for property law
* Ambition to progress into a senior position as the team grows
