Reports to: Founder & CEO
Location: Westbury, Wiltshire (Hybrid – Tuesday to Thursday in-office; Monday and Friday remote after onboarding)
Salary: £30,000 – £33,000 dependent on experience

Maysama is a UK-based beauty tech and wellness brand specialising in LED Light Therapy Devices and Green Rooibos Tea Skincare. All devices are manufactured to ISO13485 standards and are FDA-registered. The business is entering an exciting phase of expansion with new product launches and growing international presence.
Role Purpose
This role is primarily focused on creative production and digital asset delivery to support paid media and ecommerce growth. The successful candidate will execute high-quality digital assets, video content, and packaging design within established brand and structural guidelines. This is an execution-focused role with no direct budget ownership.
Key Responsibilities1. Creative Production for Paid Media
* Create static ad designs for Meta and TikTok aligned with brand guidelines.
* Produce and edit video content for paid ads and social channels.
* Manage UGC production via creator platforms (briefing, coordination, review).
* Collaborate with the Founder and external Ads agency to deliver creative assets aligned with campaign objectives (no budget ownership).
* Digital Design & Packaging
* Design and prepare print-ready artwork for product packaging, manuals and product guides using existing dielines and brand guidelines.
* Ensure consistency and accuracy across all customer-facing materials.
* Manage updates and revisions to packaging and collateral as required.
* Social & Content Support
* Support social media asset creation across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
* Assist in planning and coordinating content production.
* Maintain organised creative asset libraries.
* Reporting & Operations
* Produce campaign performance reports and summarise key insights.
* Maintain campaign timelines and documentation.
* Explore AI and digital tools to improve workflow efficiency.
Skills & ExperienceEssential
* Minimum 2 years' experience in digital marketing, ideally within B2C ecommerce.
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign essential; Photoshop and Illustrator required).
* Confident working in a Mac-based environment.
* Strong video editing capability for paid and social content.
* Organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Working knowledge of Shopify or similar CMS platforms.
Desirable
* Experience in beauty, wellness, or consumer electronics sectors.
* Experience coordinating UGC creators or influencers.
* Familiarity with AI tools for content or productivity enhancement.

Contract & Benefits
* Full-time, permanent position.
* 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays. Increased by one day for each year of service.
