We are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in supporting the Sales and Transport departments. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in maintaining seamless operations and delivering exceptional customer service across our depots in Essex and Suffolk.
Role Summary
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be working within a small team covering the below Key responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
* Support with daily administrative tasks
* Quoting prices and adding orders to the system
* Manage relationships with existing domestic and commercial fuel customers.
* Maintain and update customer records in the internal database.
* Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to boost profitability.
Key Skills and Experience
* Strong administrative and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
* Confident and proactive.

* Competitive salary between £26,000 and £29,000pa DOE
* Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
