About
This is a remote/field-based role offering a £30,000 base salary plus a guaranteed £30,000 in your first year. The role has an attractive OTE of £110K+ plus quarterly and annual bonuses. The compensation scheme is uncapped, with additional bonuses of up to £5K per quarter based on deals and revenue. A new Tesla or a £5K car allowance is also included.
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join a leading, award-winning Health & Safety, HR & Employment Law service provider with over 80 years in the industry.
This role requires a proactive, driven BDM with a proven B2B sales record, strong lead generation skills, and an excellent consultative 'value-based' selling approach.
In return, the role offers a guaranteed minimum of £60,000, a realistic OTE of £110,000, and top performers earning over £150,000. Benefits include a company car (Tesla or other hybrid/electric vehicles) or a £5K car allowance, quarterly bonuses, company holidays, and more.
Responsibilities
* Attend face-to-face appointments booked by telemarketing partners, with a motivation to succeed and close deals.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities, explore new markets, and build prospective relationships.
* Excel in a target-driven environment to achieve quarterly sales targets.
* Build and maintain a sales pipeline proactively.
Requirements
* At least 2 years' experience in B2B sales, with a successful track record. Industry-specific experience is not required.
* Confidence in a consultative, value-based selling approach.
* Adaptability to different audiences, using personable demeanor to build rapport quickly with prospects including business owners, HR managers, and board members.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and exceeding sales goals.
* Field-based experience is essential.
