As a customer advocate, this individual is responsible for reporting on, identifying, triaging, and facilitating the resolution of bugs in collaboration with engineering teams. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving user experience, diligent in reporting issues, and effective in communicating updates to both technical and leadership teams. This role is suited for someone eager to learn, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about supporting continuous improvement initiatives.What you’ll doOwn delivery of major commercial programmes including annual price rises and cost reduction initiativesOwn defined areas of the Fixed P and L, including performance, forecasting and improvement plansManage and optimise Opex, identifying risks and driving action to improve outcomesDrive cost of sales improvements across areas such as engineer activity, credits and stockShape and support Capex investment decisions and business cases to ensure strong returnsWork closely with supply chain and operations to improve demand planning and stock managementOwn commercial reporting across sales, adds, churn, pipeline and base performance, as well as identifying and delivering opportunities to improve revenue and margin through pricing, policy and operational changesLead cross functional engagement across finance, proposition, operations and supply chain to drive outcomes and present clear insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders to influence decisionsWho you areStrong experience in commercial, finance or strategy roles within telecoms, technology or similar sectorsExperience working directly with a P and L or large cost baseStrong analytical capability with ability to translate data into clear commercial actionExperience using SQL, Excel or similar tools, or a strong ability to learn quicklyStrong forecasting and business casing skillsConfident working across multiple stakeholders in complex environmentsStrong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholdersWorried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?We know that everyone is unique, with multiple aspects to their identity and different experiences behind them.
