What youll be doing
* Supporting pupils with autism, communication needs, or social, emotional and behavioural needs
* Helping students settle into lessons and follow clear routines
* Working one to one or in small groups to build confidence and engagement
* Assisting teachers with adapted activities and simple intervention work
* Helping pupils manage transitions and stay focused throughout the day
* Creating a calm, predictable environment where pupils feel secure
What settings will be looking for
1. Recent experience (6+ months within the last 3 years) supporting pupils with SEN in a school or specialist environment
2. A calm, patient and consistent approach
