Working Days & Hours: 32 hours, 9am-5.30pm on Monday, Thursday & Friday. 8:30am-5pm on a Saturday. Location: Our friendly Seahouses/ Alnmouth team. About the Role: We are seeking a Property Checker to ensure our holiday homes are guest-ready in every detail. This hands-on role is key to creating those “wow” moments when guests arrive. What You’ll Do: Inspecting properties inside and out, including BBQs and hot tubs Checking welcome packs, supplies, and amenities Ensuring all equipment is in working order Managing special requests such as high chairs or bed reconfigurations Addressing and reporting maintenance issues promptly Occasionally assisting with cleaning or delivering guest items Maintaining accurate property records and inventories What You’ll Bring: ✅ Previous housekeeping or property-checking experience ✅ A flexible, can-do approach (things change fast in holiday season!) ✅ Reliability and the ability to work independently ✅ Strong teamwork and communication skills ✅ A love for keeping things shipshape and guest-ready Who Are Northumbria Coast & Country Cottages?
