We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Storeman to join a busy commercial project in the Reading area. This is a 6-month contract with an immediate start available for the right candidate.
Role & Responsibilities:
•Managing and controlling all electrical materials on site
•Receiving, checking, and signing in deliveries
•Issuing fittings and materials to electricians as required
•Keeping the stores organised, clean, and secure
•Stock control, material tracking, and reporting shortages
•Liaising with site management regarding material requirements
Required Knowledge & Experience:
•Strong knowledge of electrical fittings and materials, including containment, cables, accessories, lighting
•Previous experience working as an Electrical Storeman on commercial projects
•Good organisational and communication skills
•Ability to work independently and manage stock efficiently
Requirements:
•CSCS card (preferred)
•Right to work in the UK
•Reliable, punctual, and proactive attitude
