Controls Engineer
Salary: £38,000 - £46,000 + £4K car allowance + Bonus
Location: Nottinghamshire - Flexible / Hybrid

Responsibilities
* Design and implement control systems including Allen Bradley and Mitsubishi PLCs
* Develop and manage HMI/SCADA systems for optimal operational efficiency
* Create Functional Design Specifications (FDS) and I/O Schedules in line with project requirements
* Interpret P&ID's to ensure accurate system configuration and performance
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by staying abreast of industry trends and technologies
Qualifications
* Proven experience in PLC/Controls Engineering
* Proficiency with Allen Bradley and Mitsubishi PLCs
* Strong skills in HMI/SCADA systems
* Ability to read and interpret P&ID's
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Located in Nottinghamshire; commutable from Nottingham, Leicester, Derby. Role can be highly hybrid with the majority of time either working from home or up to 40% at client site across the East of England with monthly meetings at head office in Nottinghamshire
