Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm

Williams Lea seeks an Office Assistant to join our team!

Role Purpose:
The Office Assistant will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and seamless operation of our mail room, reception, and records management services. This position requires a highly organised and versatile individual who can manage various tasks simultaneously, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities :
Office Services
1. Getting signatures for special/ recorded delivery's
2. Daily photocopying, binding & printing requests
3. General maintenance of copiers
4. Keeping office clean & tidy
5. Archiving files
6. Updating spread sheets for management infomation
7. Setting up meeting room's
8. Preparing teas & coffee for clients meetings
9. Completing client task's and emails
10. Franking and sorting of outgoing & internal post
Key Skills
11. Previous reception/telephonist/customer service experience is essential
12. Well presented, with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
13. Strong customer focus
14. IT skills – knowledge of Microsoft packages
15. Good attention to detail
16. Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
17. Ability to plan ahead and anticipate problems
