We have an exciting opportunity for an experiencedLinen Room & Valet Supervisorto join our team. This position is full time & permanent, based on 40 weekly hours.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individualto oversee the smooth operation of the department, ensuring efficient linen distribution, staff supervision, and high standards of service for both guests and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the accurate tracking, processing, and timely delivery of all linens, uniforms, and guest laundry items.
* Liaise with laundry providers to maintain stock levels, resolve shortages, and oversee the condition of delivered items.
* Lead, train, and support Valet Assistants, Linen Porters, and Housekeeping Porters to maintain operational efficiency.
* Conduct regular briefings and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Maintain accurate records of timesheets, Deputy schedules, and payroll expenses, ensuring compliance with budget targets.
* Process invoices and ensure accurate billing for guest and hotel laundry services.
* Monitor and manage stock levels of linens and laundry supplies, placing orders via Adaco as required.
* Conduct periodic stock takes and implement measures to address shortages or discrepancies.
* Handle guest requests for laundry and valet services efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
* Investigate and resolve any issues related to missing, damaged, or delayed laundry items.
* Ensure that all Health & Safety (H&S) and Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) regulations are followed within the department.
* Conduct hygiene inspections of the Linen Room and Valet department, addressing any non-compliance.
