What Youll Be Doing Youll sit at the centre of our growth strategy, working across technical, commercial, and programme teams to identify, shape, and secure new business opportunities. Experience in business development, capture management, or strategic sales within defence, aerospace, or security A strong understanding of defence procurement environments (UK MoD knowledge is highly valuable) Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels Experience managing opportunity pipelines and supporting bid processes Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Bonus if you bring: Knowledge of UAS, emerging defence technologies, or capability development programmes Experience in international defence markets Familiarity with export controls and regulatory frameworks Excellent salary, package and bonus on offer.
