Working as part of the Chief Executive’s Department you will provide a professional, efficient and comprehensive personal assistant and administrative support service.
You will be responsible for managing the multiple demands of the post with clarity and skill to ensure that results are achieved to a high standard and to time.
We are looking for a team player who can undertake a whole range of administrative functions. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills and will have a professional, confidential approach with the ability to confidently interact with a wide range of individuals both internally and externally.
You will have a good understanding of the structure and organisational relationships of NHS Tayside.
