Job Description:
HR Director at Family Office to UHNWI, with a strong focus on global C-level recruitment
Main responsibilities:
* Interacting with the Principal to determine personnel needs.
* Organizing and maintaining effective personnel management processes in the Family Office.
* Managing the HR team of the Family Office.
* Organizing and managing recruitment processes for the Family Office.
* Independently managing key positions, hunting for top specialists in international markets.
* Negotiating job offers, conditions, and compensation with candidates.
Requirements:
* Higher education in HR management, psychology, sociology, or related fields.
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a Family Office or similar structures.
* Fluent native Russian is a must.
* Experience working with a UHNWI business owner.
* Experience developing and implementing HR strategies.
* Successful experience in hunting C-level management across the globe (USA, Europe, etc.).
* Ability to work in a multitasking and rapidly changing environment.
* High responsibility and independence in decision-making.
* English language command at C1 level or higher.
