Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Business Sales Manager to oversee our Sales & Marketing department and drive growth within the company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B & B2C sales and demonstrate exceptional analytical skills. Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and enhance market presence.
* Manage relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
* Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
* Utilise Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and generating reports.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and drive operational efficiency.
* Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, highlighting performance metrics and growth strategies.
* Lead training sessions for staff on best practices in sales techniques and customer engagement.
Skills
* Experience in B2B sales with a track record of meeting targets around Accommodations & Events .
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions in Food & Beverage department.
* Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is essential for managing client interactions effectively.
* Fluency is highly desirable, enabling effective communication with a diverse clientele.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and foster strong working relationships with in the team and higher management.
* Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
