Training
Training will be provided in CAM software, specifically NX (training included). You must be confident in programming complex metallic parts.
Responsibilities
* Produce CAM programs for 3‑5 axis milling machines and lathes.
* Design and develop custom jigs, fixturing and cutting methods.
* Optimise cutting parameters across materials including titanium, Inconel, aluminium and steel.
Requirements
* Experience programming complex metallic parts.
* Engineering savvy with detailed knowledge of cutting parameters.
* Ability to create custom fixturing.
* Strong understanding of a wide range of materials.
