We’re hiring for a dynamic Account Manager to join a fast-growing creative B2B agency that works at the cutting edge of the built environment — think real estate, climate, and construction innovation. You’ll be working across a portfolio of exciting B2B clients to deliver high-impact campaigns and build strong, lasting relationships.

What you’ll be doing:
* Owning day-to-day delivery for key accounts and ensuring work is always on track
* Leading client comms, building trust and becoming a key point of contact
* Collaborating with content, design and strategy experts to bring ideas to life
* Supporting on content, press and social deliverables where needed
* Managing freelancers, deadlines and budgets
* Spotting opportunities for account growth and proposing new workstreams
* Occasionally travelling to the US for client visits
What we’re looking for:
* 3+ years’ experience in marketing or PR, ideally agency side
* Experience within the B2B industry is a must
* While experience in the real estate or built environment sector isn’t essential, a genuine interest is highly desirable.
* Experience managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously
* A keen eye for detail and high standards when it comes to delivery
* Someone curious, confident and excited by fast-moving environments
