About the team
1. Our Tech and Security teams keep us moving each day, no matter where we are in the world. From the hardware to the networks and everything between, they humbly make it all happen.
2. The Delivery Management Office works with our Worldpay Technology Services teams and partners to improve ways of working across the organization.
3. Worldpay has made a significant investment in ServiceNow; this role is to establish a new ServiceNow Agile Release Train (ART) to deliver new features, resolve defects and improve customer experience.
4. The ServiceNow team is currently undergoing an Agile transformation, making this a critical role for the organization.
What you'll own
5. Manage and optimize the flow of value through the ART using various tools, such as the Program Kanban and other information radiators
6. Educate andmunicate the annual calendars for Iterations and Program Increments (PIs) Facilitate PI Planning readiness by fostering a Continuous Exploration process that drives the synthesis of a Vision, a Roadmap, and Backlogs, and through Pre- and Post-PI Planning events
7. Facilitate the PI planning event
8. Summarize Team PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives (the RTE) and publish them for visibility and transparency
9. Assist in tracking the execution of features and capabilities
10. Facilitate periodic synchronization events, including the ART sync
11. Assist with economic decision-making by facilitating feature and capability estimation by teams and the roll-up to Epics, where necessary Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets
12. Help manage risks and dependencies, Escalate and track impediments
13. Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks
14. Drive relentless improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops; assess the agility level of the ART and help them improve
What you bring
15. Preferably have a working experience of 3-5 years
16. Demonstrated Release Train Engineer experience in organizing, planning and executing large-scale projects from conception through implementation. Experience coordinating multiple teams in a technology environment
17. Demonstrated effective verbal and writtenmunication skills for the purpose of providing and explaining technical and project related information to clients, vendors, senior management, and staff
18. Ability to easily build new relationships and proactively establish a variety of contacts across the organization
19. Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent
