We are looking for a Site Facilities Engineer to join our clients team in Cramlington who will be responsible for the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of all site facilities, utilities, and infrastructure.
This includes planned and reactive maintenance of buildings, services, and plant to ensure business continuity, safety, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will be an Electrically biased Engineer.
The Job youll do
1. The repair and maintenance of facilities equipment including compressors, boilers, chillers etc.
2. Ensuring all statutory inspections and preventive maintenance activities are completed to plan and all administration duties associated with these tasks are thoroughly closed out.
3. Responsible for compliance with HS&E legislation and company safety procedures.
4. Speaking to suppliers and manufacturers for ordering parts or for technical advice.
5. Management of contractors on site including inductions and permits to work.
6. Responsible for identifying potential energy saving opportunities and ensuring that projects are completed to plan.
