Health Tech / Tech for Good
My client is a tech for good scale-up in the health tech space, based in central Manchester, fueled by a passion for how technology can make the world a better place.
The business is incredibly well run, profitable, and financially secure, being fully scoped for growth with a 12-month runway.
They are seeking a senior full stack engineer who takes pride in producing simple, clean, and maintainable code. Their core stack is Node, React, and TypeScript. You'll have experience using TDD and be passionate about improving code quality.
Core Skills
* TypeScript
* Node
* React
* Unit testing and employing a test-driven approach to all aspects of your work
* Developing REST and/or GraphQL APIs
* Experience with serverless technologies (ideally AWS / Terraform / Lambda etc.)
* Developing continuous integration/delivery pipelines
Interview Process
Stage 1: General meet and greet with tech lead and CTO before questions around general software engineering principles and structure. 30 minutes paired task.
Stage 2: Meet senior members of the team. A chance to hear about the plans for the business, their journey, and company culture. An open forum for you to ask any questions about the business and tech roadmap.
Ideally, one of these stages would be face-to-face with the other being done remotely and can be wrapped up within a week.
