We are looking for a Health & Safety Advisor to join our site delivery team on a major earthmoving contract. This role is essential for ensuring a safe working environment and promoting a positive safety culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide HSE support and guidance to the site team.
* Conduct regular site tours and inspections.
* Investigate incidents and report findings.
* Build positive relationships with the workforce.
* Collaborate with the client's SHE team.
* Conduct HSE training and site inductions.
* Maintain HSE documentation and plans.
* Produce monthly HSE reports.
* Stay updated with relevant legislation.
* Experience in Health & Safety within the construction industry.
* NEBOSH General Certificate or higher.
* Understanding of CDM regulations.
* Site-based experience in construction and civil engineering.
* Knowledge of current Health and Safety Legislation.
