The role Responsible for the onboarding of contractors and suppliers on behalf of Strutt & Parker rural clients. The candidate will have contact with a diverse range of stakeholders externally and internally, and must have a proactive, flexible, and a 'can-do' approach. Task flexibility is key. Responsibilities Support the implementation of the new supplier due diligence and on-boarding process Maintain the central supplier database and management of supplier files. Progressively validate or re-onboard existing stock of suppliers or contractors against UK Health & Safety legislation (CDM Regulations 2015), Group policies and Know your supplier industry standards. Prepare invitation to tender packs and assist with the collation of tender responses Analyse and check compliance of documents received by suppliers and contractors Complete administrative tasks as required to include use of systems, filing, supplier inventory management Prepare contracts and upload signed contracts in to the systems Contribute to management reports for a variety of stakeholders including monthly Ops Board dashboard, contributions to pitch documents etc. Perform periodic audits and reports on a selection of KPIs Support the collection of all the required contracts and updating the Proactis system to ensure that all live contracts have the appropriate values and key dates.
