Investor Relations Coordinator
We are seeking an organised, detail-oriented, and analytical professional eager to advance their career in Investor Relations. This is an excellent opportunity to join our dynamic IR team as an Investor Relations Coordinator, where you will play a key role in managing market interactions and external events.
Main Duties
1. Coordinate logistics for investor, analyst, rating agency, MP interactions, and external events. Support investor conferences, roadshows, AGMs, and Fitch review meetings. Ensure smooth execution alongside the Head of Investor Relations and external partners.
2. Lead logistics for external IR events such as results announcements, AGM, Capital Markets Day, and investor visits. Organise small investor sessions and ad-hoc events. Manage relationships with system providers, brokers, advisors, and internal teams. Highlight decisions, risks, and issues to the Head of Investor Relations.
3. Schedule and manage internal meetings with executives around Full Year and Half Year results, ensuring they are well-organised and productive.
4. Assist with scheduling for the Head of Investor Relations and Head of External Communications. Resolve conflicts and optimise senior management's time.
5. Manage the IR support inbox, redirecting emails, requests, and complaints appropriately. Ensure prompt and efficient responses.
6. Audit and benchmark internal systems for external communications, starting with IR systems.
7. Recommend improvements to enhance value and adopt best practices.
8. Support project management and the production of IR outputs such as presentations and reports. Assist in designing the annual report, receiving necessary training and support.
Key Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
1. At least 2 years of relevant experience in small-scale project management, PA/EA roles, corporate access, communications, or similar within Investor Relations.
2. Excellent organisational and analytical skills, maintaining high standards across all work areas.
3. Ability to work under time pressure and meet strict deadlines.
4. Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable working in cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. External-facing experience (e.g., buy side, sell side, internal/external communications) is beneficial but not essential.
