An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Operations Manager to join the on-site management team of a prestigious commercial office building in East London, comprising approximately 300,000 sq ft and set to be home to a number of blue-chip occupiers.
Working closely with the Senior Building Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operational management of the building, with a particular focus on customer experience, events, and soft services delivery. This is a highly visible, occupier-facing position within a flagship asset.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting the Operations Manager with the daily management and operation of the building
2. Leading on events, activations, and occupier engagement initiatives, ensuring a strong sense of community within the asset
