We are seeking a passionate Store Manager to join us in our Marlow High Street store. About you: You’ll have experience as a Store Manager within a similar role, with a passion and love for fashion! What you’ll be doing: Be a brand ambassador of Sosandar, taking pride in setting and driving an exceptional customer experience. Foster an environment of passion, enthusiasm and knowledge of the brand demonstrating in depth product knowledge Visual merchandising to showcase the Sosandar brand and drive performance. Develop and drive sales in store, continually identifying opportunities for growth and positively impacting KPI’s. Manage and control costs and influence commercial decisions. Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Sosandar’s brand, product and customer – driving passion for other store team members and our customers. Act as an escalation point for any customer queries or concerns quickly and effectively, leaving them with a positive experience. Coach and develop your team to the highest standard Network and build relationships with internal and external business partners Be innovative and comfortable taking ownership and working with autonomy Leading a team and encouraging that ‘anything is possible’ attitude!
