The planning team delivers strategic planning projects, focusing on planning applications and land promotions for residential developments, while working closely with colleagues across development economics, design, and heritage.

The Role
As a Senior Planner, you’ll play a key role in delivering successful planning outcomes while developing your professional expertise and client relationships. Working collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and consultants, you’ll manage schemes from concept to consent, including planning obligations and condition discharges. There will also be opportunities to support Planning Appeals and Local Plan Examinations.
Key Responsibilities:
6. Advising on the development potential of land and buildings
7. Preparing and managing planning applications and appeals
8. Conducting policy research and providing planning advice
9. Drafting representations for planning consultations and examinations
10. Identifying land and development opportunities
11. Building and maintaining strong client relationships
About You
12. Relevant planning qualification (or working towards one)
13. RTPI membership (or working towards chartership)
14. Solid understanding of the UK planning process
15. Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
16. Positive, proactive, and collaborative team player
