Industrial Designer (New Product Development)

Im working with an established and rapidly growing outdoor-products manufacturer who are looking to bring on a talented Industrial Designer to help develop their next generation of adventure gear and accessories.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a close-knit, design-led team where great ideas genuinely shape the product range. Youll take ownership of projects from initial concept through to production, collaborating with engineers, suppliers and the wider creative team to deliver functional, high-performance designs that stand up to the elements.

What youll be doing:

* Designing and developing innovative soft and hard goods for outdoor and lifestyle products.

* Translating ideas and sketches into detailed CAD models, drawings, and prototypes.

* Leading on material and CMF (colour, material, finish) strategy to ensure consistency and durability.

* Building and testing prototypes, iterating based on user feedback and field testing.

* Working closely with manufacturing partners to bring new designs through sampling and into production.

* Supporting marketing and brand teams to ensure design intent flows through to final presentation.
