About the Role:

Spica Recruitment is partnering with a reputable care home in Wellingborough to recruit a skilled and compassionate Day Nurse. This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated team providing high-quality care to residents.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver exceptional care to residents during day shifts (36-42 hours per week, including alternate weekends).
2. Be flexible to cover night shifts when required.


Key Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years’ care home experience (must not be solely through agency work).
2. Registered Nurse qualification with a valid NMC pin.
3. Strong communication skills and a caring approach.
4. No sponsorship is available; candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
