Director of Estates | £75,000–£85,000 + Benefits | Northwest (Multi-Site)

A leading provider of community-based healthcare services is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Estates to manage a growing estate of 100+ clinical and administrative sites across the UK
Reporting to the Deputy CEO, you’ll shape and deliver the estates strategy—ensuring all facilities are safe, compliant, efficient, and aligned to the organisation’s expansion plans and environmental goals. My client need someone who is able to roll their sleeves up and help the estates function grow.
My client want someone who can develop and implement a comprehensive facilities management strategy, including lease management, asset management, and environmental/sustainability initiatives
Senior experience in estates/facilities management, ideally across multiple sites in a regulated sector (e.g. healthcare, education, retail etc)
✔ Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and external contractors
✔ In-depth knowledge of H&S legislation, compliance standards, and facilities best practice
✔ A hands-on, solutions-focused approach with excellent project and risk management capabilities
✔ Experience with lease negotiations, asset management, and capital projects
✔ Location - Elements of home working, head office work and travel to sites
