Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and high-quality group sessions and workplace assessments for Horticulture Level 2 apprentices.
* Monitor, review, and support apprentice progress through SMART action plans and Functional Skills delivery where required.
* Work collaboratively with employers, awarding bodies, and curriculum teams to enhance the college's horticulture apprenticeship provision and align with industry standards.
Requirements:
* Experience delivering Horticulture training and workplace assessments.
* Strong professional background in the Horticulture industry.
* Recognised Assessor qualification (TAQA, A1, or equivalent) or willingness to work towards one.
* A passion for teaching and a commitment to supporting apprentices' success.
* Familiarity with Apprenticeship Standards and End Point Assessment (EPA) processes.
