Key Account Manager – Nature Based Solutions

Salary: £47,090.60‑54,808 + monthly car allowance of £520

Key Accountabilities
* Lead the growth of the nature‑based solutions portfolio, specialising in the delivery of reedbed treatment systems.
* Maintain compliance with all internal, client, regulatory, statutory and legal obligations.
* Ensure payments are made, revenue is collected and the balance of accounts meets KPIs and SLAs.
* Report and resolve issues, complaints or discrepancies in a timely manner, working with the MoD Projects team.
* Understand and improve performance against internal, external and client standards, providing timely feedback to management.
* Deliver accurate measures and findings to assist management decision‑making.
* Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a trusting relationship with clients and potential clients.
Qualifications
* Well‑versed in the water and wastewater industry, including regulatory, statutory, and legal obligations.
* Relevant industry experience with infrastructure services, operations, systems and solutions comparable to Severn Trent Services.
* Ability to build trusting relationships and engage with stakeholders.
* Commercial awareness and ability to identify and apply industry standards.
* Strong track record of stakeholder engagement and management.
* Driven to deliver personal, team and company objectives and tackle demanding tasks.
* Problem‑solving skills to enhance customer experience and technical understanding of water and wastewater assets.
* Excellent customer service and experience managing key accounts.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Ability to secure and retain full MoD (SC) security clearance.
