WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
* General knowledge of Facilities Management and ability to deliver and organise hard and soft services.
* Openness to new sustainable solutions affecting energy consumption, emissions, waste, and chemicals.
* Inspiration to orchestrate people in a changing multi‑dimensional environment and collaborate with stakeholders.
* Expertise in contract and supplier management and work order management for urgent, planned, reactive maintenance.
* People management, end‑to‑end project management, retail FM experience and budget/supplier oversight.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
* Manage all FM aspects of the store to optimise value and efficiency sustainably.
* Implement Ingka FM within the store through the Unit FM team.
* Responsible for each property throughout its lifetime: safety, compliance, maintenance, improvement.
* Ensure awareness of FM frameworks, guidelines, initiatives.
* Asset management, long‑term planning, budgeting, implementation, forecasting, reporting.
* Implement and evaluate supplier contracts at store level, aligning with internal governance.
* Provide effective leadership, empower co‑workers, develop skills, secure succession planning.
