Jones HSEPM Ltd and Premier Construction Training Ltd are expanding, and we're looking for a proactive, organised and motivated Health & Safety and Training Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career in the Health & Safety and training sector, with full support, mentoring and industry-recognised development.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate CITB, First Aid and H&S courses for a wide range of industries
* Support the delivery of Health & Safety services, including documentation, compliance support and client communication
* Assist in preparing Health & Safety paperwork such as RAMS, inductions, registers and checklists
* Manage training bookings, certificates, delegate records and training facilities
* Liaise with trainers, delegates and clients to ensure high standards of safety, professionalism and course delivery
* Support internal Health & Safety processes, including audits, inspections and maintaining training centre compliance
* Assist with administration, marketing and day-to-day operational support
About You
* Highly organised with excellent communication skills
* Strong interest in Health & Safety and willingness to learn industry standards and best practice
* Administration experience preferred
* Keen to develop professionally and progress within the business
* Confident with Microsoft Office
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Within commuting distance of Colwyn Bay
