RAM Tracking, a leading provider of vehicle tracking and field service management solutions, is currently seeking a CRM Administrator to join our growing team in Leeds. This position is Hybrid working 3 days a week from our office in Leeds and 2 days remote.


Key Responsibilities

* Adhere to all site rules as laid down by the senior team.
* Enforce a culture of Performance.
* Enforce a duty of care; employees have a duty of care to their employer, meaning they should act responsibly to other employees and to the employer’s property.
* Adhere to all health and safety rules, with all accidents and near misses reported as they occur.
* Adhere to all site rules as outlined within your employee pack and contract.
* Administration and support of Salesforce users including roles, profiles, and permissions, building reports / dashboards, updating permissions, profiles, roles, merging accounts/leads, deduplicating data, and data imports.
* Prioritise work independently, address tickets in internal systems, and escalate when necessary.
* Lead assigned project work, such as developing new automation and business logic.
* Assist in configuring business-wide changes to the system as part of a system re-work.
* Liaise with users to help keep work flowing and ensure systems are efficient for end users.
* Help maintain GDPR compliance within a busy and fast-paced environment.


Key Skills


Skills, Knowledge and Experience

* Experience using Salesforce: 2-3 years working as a Salesforce administrator.
* Working Method: Work within an Agile format and utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Metro Retro.
* Experience working with MS Products: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.


Core Salesforce Skills

* Platform Mastery: Deep understanding of Salesforce core features, including objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, workflow rules, and process builder.
* Data Management: Data import/export, data cleaning, data validation, and data security best practices.
* User Management: Create and manage user profiles, roles, permissions, and sharing settings.
* Reporting & Dashboards: Create custom reports, dashboards, and analytic snapshots for insights.
* Process Automation: Knowledge of workflow rules, process builder, and flows to automate processes.
* Classic & Lightning mastery: Knowledge of Salesforce in both Classic and Lightning.
* Problem-solving: Ability to analyze complex problems and identify creative solutions.


Advanced Salesforce Skills

* Basic Web Programming: Basic understanding of HTML and CSS to use within Visualforce and HTML Email templates.
* Apex Programming: Basic understanding of Apex to create custom triggers, classes, and Visualforce pages for more complex customisations.
* Lightning Experience: Proficiency in configuring and customizing Lightning components, App Builder, and Flow.
* Salesforce Integration: Experience with integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs and middleware tools.
* Data Migration: Knowledge of data migration tools and techniques to move data between Salesforce orgs.
* Security & Compliance: Understanding of Salesforce security best practices, including data privacy and access controls.


Soft Skills

* Communication: Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency.
* Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
* Project Management: Basic project management skills to manage Salesforce projects and implementations.


Certifications (Optional but Beneficial)

* Salesforce Administrator Certification
* Salesforce Administrator Advanced Admin Certification
* Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification
* Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification

By possessing these skills and certifications, a mid-level Salesforce Administrator can effectively manage and optimize Salesforce for their organization, contributing to improved business efficiency and productivity.
