This is a rewarding opportunity to support adults to live independently, and be safe, well, prosperous and connected with their own communities.
You will play a key role in assessments, recommendations, minor aids and major adaptations to support complex cases. Your work will directly contribute to improving quality of life and promoting a strength‑based, person‑centred approach.
Application Requirements
* Degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with the HCPC.
* Experience in community‑based OT practice, ideally within adult social care.
* Strong knowledge of relevant legislation.
* Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organisational skills.
* A commitment to promoting independence, inclusion, and dignity.
* Full car driving licence.
