Taking responsibility for the daily operations of the store, often being the sole manager with full accountability.
Collaborating with a team to complete all tasks, ensuring customers are served efficiently and safely.
People management is a significant part of the role, including managing performance, conducting disciplinary procedures, and ensuring scheduling and pay are accurate.
Occasionally assisting other stores within our close-knit network.
