Overview
A leading multi unit industrial developer and asset manager with over 25 years’ experience is seeking a Fund Finance Manager to support its expanding European platform. The business manages a significant UK portfolio and has recently established operations across several European markets as part of a wider growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the day to day finance contact for the European business
* Support investment teams on new acquisitions and deal execution
* Manage relationships with local accountants and finance administrators
* Oversee statutory reporting, audits and regulatory compliance for OpCo, PropCo and SPV structures
* Manage cashflows, banking platforms and timely payment of construction and operating costs
* Support ad hoc projects including new country setups, finance system rollouts and tax planning
* Work with investors, partners, solicitors and banks on transactions and asset management matters
About You
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 2-5 years post qualified experience
* Strong proven experience in real estate is required
* Confident Excel user with strong organisational skills
