About the Role
Due to our company's growth, we are expanding our Customer Experience Team. A Customer Experience Representative at IMS focuses on delivering quality interactions to enhance every customer experience. The role may involve some ad hoc travel. It centers on providing excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders, with opportunities to attend industry events and earn commissions. This is a great opportunity to join IMS.
Key Responsibilities
1. Respond to customer queries via email and phone
2. Achieve KPIs related to customer satisfaction
3. Engage with potential new customers or less frequent customers
4. Take responsibility for your own development with support from your team
5. Manage targets to support business growth
6. Provide supportive service to our customers
About You
1. Previous experience in call-based customer service
2. Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages
3. SAP experience is preferred
4. Proactive with a solution-oriented mindset
5. Driven and focused individual
