We need a confident leader with a proven track record in business development, ideally within SaaS, cloud services, or enterprise technology. You\'ll be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, securing new business, and expanding revenues with key accounts, all while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Leadership & Management
* Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Business Development Managers and Executives.
* Set clear standards, performance goals, and continuous improvement objectives.
* Provide regular feedback, conduct performance reviews, and drive professional growth.
* Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and customer-centric thinking.
* Business Development
* Personally own and drive key sales opportunities within Financial Services.
* Develop and execute sector-specific sales strategies aligned with overall business goals.
* Build strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders and understand their drivers.
* Deliver compelling proposals and lead bid teams where required.
* Customer Success & Communication
* Ensure smooth transition from sale to delivery through close collaboration with internal teams.
* Proactively manage and grow existing accounts, identifying upsell opportunities.
* Monitor customer satisfaction and drive solution adoption.
* Industry & Product Expertise
* Maintain a deep understanding of services and relevant industry trends.
* Present compelling business cases and ROI-focused value propositions.
* Mentor and support team members in enhancing product knowledge and sales excellence.
About You
* Bachelor\'s degree, excellent acedemic background.
* Extensive background in business development or enterprise sales (SaaS or cloud strongly preferred).
* Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
* Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
* Experience leading and mentoring high-performing sales teams.
* Comfortable engaging with C-level stakeholders and driving strategic conversations.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales processes.
* Previous Financial Services or regulated industry experience is highly desirable
