The successful candidate will deliver inspiring teaching and learning and ensure that our learners are supported to succeed with a focus on monitoring progress and ensuring target grades are met so that all learners achieve to the best of their ability. Vocational work experience in a Health and Social Care service sector background would be an advantage, as would experience leading or teaching on Health and Social Care related courses in FE settings.
